21M Space is a collaborative platform for managing, approving, and organizing social media posts within shared workspaces. Users can upload content (such as images and videos), invite team members, and manage workflow for content approvals.
To access the Service, you must:
Be at least 18 years old;
Provide a valid email address and set a secure password;
Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Users who sign up through the payment process are designated as administrators.
Admins can create and manage workspaces, invite guests, and have full control.
Invited users are considered guests, with access limited to specific workspaces.
All roles are subject to the platform’s permission system.
You agree not to share access with unauthorized individuals or impersonate others.
You retain ownership of the content (e.g., posts, media) you upload, but grant us a limited license to store and process it as needed to operate the platform.
You agree to:
Only upload content you have rights to use;
Not upload, post, or share illegal, abusive, or harmful content;
Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms.
Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe, subject to their terms.
You agree to provide accurate billing information.
Free trial periods (if applicable) are offered on a limited basis.
You can cancel your plan at any time via your account or by contacting support.
Cancelled accounts will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided unless required by law.
You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
Inactive accounts for over 12 consecutive months may be deleted automatically, including all stored data.
All content, code, design, logos, and branding of the 21M Space platform remain our exclusive property.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or resell the platform or its components;
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code;
Use our brand without prior written consent.
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We make no guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months of service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
